Andrew J. Casper

Andrew J. Casper is an associate with Putnam, Fern & Thompson Law Office, where he practices criminal defense, personal injury, general civil litigation, family law, real estate transactions, and wills and trusts.  Andrew graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in 2013 and obtained his law degree from Drake Law School in 2016.   He was heavily involved in mock trial as a member of the TYLA National Mock Trial Team and was selected as a national member of The Order of Barristers for his excellence in courtroom advocacy.  Additionally, Andrew served as the Drake Law Moot Court Board President where he was recognized as the Student Bar Association’s Outstanding Student Leader for 2016.  Andrew is a member of the American Bar Association, Iowa Bar Association, and the Winneshiek County Bar Association where he is currently serving as Vice President.

Andrew is a Decorah native and enjoys spending time golfing, fishing on the area trout streams, and hiking with his wife, Jenna, and their dog, Sage.
